The city link has designed an interactive ICT programme, called Zimquest. Students from one secondary school in Haarlem cooperate with students from two secondary schools in Mutare during ten weeks. After a profound introduction, the Haarlem and Mutare students form a team that makes assignments on urbanization, globalization or oral history. By interaction the students learn directly what life in the other country looks like, they learn to work with a computer and they can practice their English. ICT is an easy and quick way of communicating. Because the students have to use a password to enter the site, their work is not visible to visitors. A selection of the work of last year can be seen on the visitors page.
